Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements across clinical trial initiatives
  • Support and optimize end-to-end clinical trial processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational standards
  • Analyze and interpret clinical data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Apply data analytics techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop clear business and functional documentation, including user stories and process flows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and ongoing project governance activities

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within clinical trials environments
  • Strong knowledge of clinical data structures and trial processes
  • Experience applying data analytics to support business and clinical insights
  • Proven experience in the Oncology therapeutic area
  • Knowledge of GxP processes and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with standard BA and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, UML/process modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience producing high-quality business and technical documentation
