Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with 3 years of experience in off page SEO strategies, SMO or Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute off page SEO strategies including link building, outreach, and brand mentions
- Identify and acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites
- Perform competitor backlink analysis to identify new opportunities and link gaps
- Manage guest posting, directory submissions, citations, social bookmarking, forum participation, and blog outreach
- Conduct outreach campaigns for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and content placements
- Monitor backlink profiles and remove or disavow harmful links when necessary
- Track and improve domain authority, referral traffic, organic rankings, and brand visibility
- Implement AEO strategies to improve visibility in featured snippets, AI generated answers, voice search, and answer engines
- Collaborate with the content team for anchor text strategy, content promotion, and SEO optimization
- Manage and optimize company social media profiles across major platforms
- Create and execute SMO strategies to increase engagement, followers, brand reach, and website traffic
- Share and promote content across social channels to support SEO and brand awareness goals
- Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Ensure all SEO and SMO activities comply with search engine and platform guidelines
- Support basic On Page SEO activities including meta tags, internal linking, content optimization, and schema implementation
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO, AEO, and SMO performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Off Page SEO, SMO, or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of link building techniques and off page SEO best practices
- Knowledge of AEO concepts including featured snippets, FAQ optimization, entity-based SEO, and AI search visibility
- Experience managing social media platforms and executing SMO campaigns
- Basic understanding of On Page SEO including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, keyword optimization, and internal linking
- Hands on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console
- Experience using Google Analytics for performance analysis
- Strong communication, outreach, and relationship building skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Google algorithm updates and search quality guidelines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital PR and influencer outreach
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
- Experience with local SEO and citation management
- Understanding of social media advertising fundamentals
- Experience optimizing content for AI powered search platforms and conversational search
- Ability to work collaboratively with content, design, and development teams
