Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HR Operations Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day HR processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain and update employee records & HR databases
- Handle payroll coordination and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Manage HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
- Address employee queries and support HR helpdesk functions
- Assist in performance management processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with HRMS tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
