Job Title: Oracle Apex QA Testing
Experience: - 8+ Years
Location: - Nsez Phase-2 Noida
Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timings: - 4:00 PM-1:00 AM or 4:30 PM-1:30 AM or 5:00 PM-2:00 AM

  

Role Overview

The Oracle APEX QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Oracle APEX applications through comprehensive testing and validation. This role involves executing functional, regression, integration, and database testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver secure, high-quality enterprise applications that meet business requirements.


Key Responsibilities of an Oracle APEX QA:

  • Test Oracle APEX applications for functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Perform Manual Testing and, where applicable, Automation Testing.
  • Validate forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and business processes built in Oracle APEX.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira.
  • Conduct SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Regression Testing.
  • Verify database transactions and data accuracy using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with Oracle APEX Developers, Business Analysts, and End Users to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Support production releases and post-deployment validation.

Required Skills:

  • Oracle APEX Application Testing
  • SQL and Database Validation
  • Manual Testing
  • Defect Tracking (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • UAT, SIT, Regression Testing
  • Understanding of Oracle Database and PL/SQL
  • Test Documentation and Reporting

Typical Experience:

  • 5+ years of QA/Testing experience
  • Experience testing Oracle APEX applications is preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and business workflows is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications

Self-motivated individual with bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
