Please find below the Senior Salesforce Developer (FSL) 


Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Field Service Lightning (FSL)

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Duration: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST & 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Mon–Thu) | Friday – WFH

Work Mode: Hybrid (Mon–Thu Office | Fri WFH)

Experience Required: 5+ Years


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce
  • Configure Service Territories, Work Types, Service Appointments, Skills, Crews, and Scheduling Policies
  • Optimize Dispatcher Console and mobile configurations for field technicians
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
  • Troubleshoot issues ensuring performance, security, and stability
  • Participate in the complete SDLC lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on FSL experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce mobile configuration and offline capabilities
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices

Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I – Mandatory
  • Platform Developer II / Service Cloud / FSL Consultant – Preferred
