Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Developer


Shift timings: -4:00 PM-4:30 PM till 1:00 AM-1:30 AM


Location: Nsez Noida, Chennai, Remote for other location candidates

Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:



We’re seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in data modeling, data management, and data migration from non-Dynamics platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with deep technical skills in building, integrating, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions in complex enterprise environments.



·7+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and          customization


· Must have experience in data modeling, data management, and complex data migrations from non-Dynamics systems


·  Proficient in Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 APIs


· Skilled in developing custom plugins, workflows, and components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and PCF


· Experience with Azure services, including integration with external systems


· Familiar with Power Automate and building automation workflows


· Solid understanding of CRM security models, business rules, and enterprise data governance


· Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for CRM deployments


·  Strong performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization skills for high-scale CRM environments


· Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated sectors is a plus



 Self-motivated individual with bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
